Admissions Criteria
1. ARC-PA认证课程的毕业生或国际同等学历;
2. Current physician assistant certification (NCCPA or other); or an unencumbered licensure as a physician assistant in the U.S.A. 或国际司法在入学后9个月内;
3. 在高级严格的博士级课程中表现出成功的潜力.g., GPA & extracurricular activities);
4. No history of negative legal, administrative, 或与医学实践或医学教育有关的执照行动;
5. Continue to practice medicine as a physician assistant, 或积极从事研究生医学澳门威尼斯人赌城工作, but not required.

Application Process
DMS项目采用滚动招生流程，直到所有座位都被填满. Each cognate will have a maximum capacity per cohort. In addition to the application process outlined below, 接受与否将取决于学生满足项目居住要求的能力.
The Doctor of Medical Science application is available online.

Candidate must furnish
- A Completed DMS application
- Two Application Recommendation Forms completed by:
- A doctoral-level medical practitioner
- Professional colleague
- Official transcript from all degree-granting institutions.

Virtual Interviews
一旦申请和所有证明材料在DMS招生办公室收到, the admissions committee will review the applicant's file. The admission's process operates on a rolling acceptance policy; thus 尽早申请符合候选人的最大利益.

Admissions Notifications
在面试和收到所有必要的信息之后, 招生委员会将再次审查申请人的文件. 然后将申请人分配到以下类别之一:1)接受, 2) Alternate/Hold, or 3) Reject. 在委员会作出决定后，申请人将尽快收到书面通知.

Non-U.S.A. citizens
In addition to meeting the above criterion, if English is not the native language of the applicant, 他/她必须提交他/她的官方成绩报告从英语作为外语考试(托福). 最低可接受分数为600分, 100 on the internet-based version, or 250 on the computer-based version. 候选人在面试时还必须表现出英语的熟练程度.

The international student granted admission to LMU-SMS will receive a letter of acceptance; the letter and the I-20 form furnished by the University must be presented to the Consular Officer of the United States to whom the student applies for a student visa. LMU-SMS will not enroll any student not approved by the Department of Homeland Security; LMU-SMS will not enroll students issued visas for enrollment at other colleges or universities.
